Do I have to be fit to start?

No. We start at your level and scale each exercise. It is very beginner and restarter friendly. You get your own programs to suit your current capabilities and a coach on hand at all times during your PT sessions.

How long are sessions and how often should I train?

Most personal training sessions run for 45 minutes. We will create a detailed plan for you to establish the right amount of sessions for you and which ones would be best, as well as what resources you may need for the best results.

How do I book or move my times?

You'll book and reschedule times in the app. Same-day changes are fine (Subject to availability). If life happens you can just move your time.

I'm a busy parent, will this actually fit my schedule?

Yes, absolutely! We help you map out a plan around school runs, work and family in the first week and you can adjust bookings anytime.

I don't like crowded gyms, what are your sessions like?

Our Semi Private sessions and gym space are designed to be non-crowded. The most we will ever have in sessions is 4 and everyone gets ample space to move and feel comfortable. You'll always have guidance, feedback and leg room with no crowds.

What happens on the "quick tour"?

A friendly 20 minute visit to show you around, get to know a bit more about you, show you what we are about and make sure we are a good fit for your fitness journey.

I've got injuries/sore spots. Can you work around them?

Absolutely. We modify every session and give options so you can train safely and build confidence.

What do I bring to my first session?

Clothes you are comfy to train in (Enclosed shoes), a water bottle and a towel. We'll handle the rest! PS: We do have complimentary bottles of water and fruit on hand in case you do forget.

How will I know I'm making progress?

We do some baseline testing with a complimentary consultation in week 1 and check again in week 4 (Kickstart). Expect better strength, energy, technique and consistency first.

Do you have a creche / can I bring my kids?

Yes kids are welcome, but we don't have a supervised creche. We have a gated play pen for littlies and a lounge + tv for older kids. It's a quiet studio with plenty of visibility of both areas. Prams welcome. We do suggest bringing snacks and something to do if required. Additional play equipment is also provided (Slide, stepping stones, tablet etc).

Hotspot Fitness is a Boutique Fitness Studio in East Wagga Wagga NSW. Built on a foundation of giving a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for those looking for an alternative to big crowded commercial gyms and group fitness centers where people get lost in the back.

You get individualized attention and support as well as a supportive community backing you up. All fitness levels and experience levels welcome. We have all the equipment of a commercial gyms but with "heaps of leg room"! Let's create your plan!
